Shaun responded to our cold call (we just moved here from out-of-state) right away. He located and fixed the problem  within a few minutes (dishwasher draining issues) and also advised us re: upcoming projects we're interested in. We're grateful to have found him; he's extremely professional and knowledgeable. He's going to be our go-to for help from here on in. Update: 3 years+ later, Shaun is still the first and only one we call. He’s installed a water softener and filter, and - most recently - a tankless water heater. Whenever we call with a question or concern, he responds almost immediately. His employees are excellent; the best at what they do; friendly and pleasant to work with. Zack was fantastic! We had another very well known company out first who drastically overcharged us and didn’t even fix the issue or notice the underlying cause. Zack came out, fixed the issue in no time (for half the price) and told us what we would need to do to stop it from happening again. We were just renters for the weekend but the whole unit was backing up and roto rooter had already come out and gave up and left . He came back and fixed it up , was super nice and cleaned up everything (it was a big mess )
